My experience with DCC’s was genuinely 5 star from start to finish! We had the pleasure of speaking with and meeting Paul, Andy and Troy and I cannot complement them highly enough, particularly as I very recently had a bad experience with a certain car supermarket in Enfield. From my initial telephone enquiry to driving away with my new Smart car, the team went the extra mile. They are polite, personable, willing to answer as many questions as you may have and really go out of their way to ensure that your purchase is right for you. There is no hard selling and no rush - we actually had 2 visits to the DCC premises before committing to buying the car. Speaking of which, the DCC premises are squeaky clean and all of the cars are presented beautifully. It is the most spotless showroom I have seen. The teams attention to detail makes such a difference and did not go unnoticed. For example, the DCC key ring and DCC envelope containing all of the (perfectly organised!) paperwork for the car is a lovely touch. I highly recommend DCC, if you think I’m exaggerating check it out for yourself - you will not be disappointed. I will be buying my next car from them :-)
