Absolute pleasure dealing with Paul at DCC. From the moment we arrived to view a Triumph Stag to Paul delivering it, the customer care was second to none. Paul is a complete and utter car nut, could have spent all day talking to him and walking around his showroom memorabilia. Not only that the man makes a dam good cup of coffee.

We were looking for a Smart car and saw one we liked here. Troy was very helpful and there was no pressure put on us to buy the car. We were given plenty of time to view the car and go for a test drive. All the paperwork was given for us to inspect and it was easy process to purchase the car and collect. Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish, had dealt with a few dealerships prior to DCC that were pushy & sleazy, I actually work in the industry myself so have 0 time for those traits. I initially spoke to DCC about a vehicle which they informed me they wouldn’t be retailing as it didn’t meet their standards - again, very easy for a company to just sell a dog of a car to somebody because they have potential commitment on it. This showed me their business ethic from the offset, so I actually stopped searching on AutoTrader and stuck to DCC’s website solely. I found the car I purchased on the same day of it being listed and did everything remotely until pick up as I live quite far away. I honestly cannot fault Troy at all, I turned up and the car was immaculately presents (it was a 9 year old car as well!), freshly valeted to a high standard and fuelled as well. It felt like I had met with a friend instead of a salesman which is a personable skill you can’t teach people in sales! Highly recommend this family ran company, my expectations are a lot higher working in the industry myself and I can easily say DCC exceeded them!

I recently purchased a classic Mini Cooper from these guys and I recommend them enough. From my initial phone call to driving it away Paul and his team were faultless throughout the entire process.
