Great service from Paul and Andy. Sent an email enquiry about a car on Friday evening and Paul replied that same evening. He was happy for us to view and test drive on Monday even though they still had to fully prep the car. Andy had worked very hard to prep the car beautifully by Monday lunchtime. We traded our Smart car for a newer one and by early Monday afternoon we were all done, having only started on Friday evening! Paul took the time and trouble to arrange all of the ownership and personalised plate transfer documents and provide us with new plates. All much appreciated. Oh - and Paul and I own some similar vehicles! I could have spent all day admiring his amazing garage.

This is my second car I've purchased from DCC and like the first time, the car quality is amazing! They make sure it is fully serviced, cleaned and in perfect condition, a full background check, and pass on the savings to the next person! Like the first time, Paul & Troy are very friendly and helpful, they did ALL the paper work from start to finish, and make sure you walk away with everything you need for your new car! We’ve been looking for a Smart Car for quite a while. We saw one on Autotrader being sold by Different Class Cars and we sent them a message for more details. I was apprehensive about purchasing a used car. It's been many years since I took that leap. Paul and the Different Class Cars team were brilliant. The car was immaculately presented. The engine was spotless, the bodywork almost perfect and the upspecs added by Paul to really bring the car back to its former glory. They gave the car a full bill of health before letting me pick it up, and I drove away feeling confident that we'd both got a good deal. It's rare to meet car dealers who you feel you can genuinely trust as they generally get bad press. But DCC is a great business - no wonder it's survived for more than 30 years.
