Like most, was a little wary of the 'car dealer' experience to come. I needn't have worried too much. At DCC, in their quirky and old school, underground garage, they certainly seem to know their business and were fair and straightforward. All the 3 characters I met were great. Paul gave good advice and pulled the strings, Troy was relaxed, helpful and informative and Frank was indeed 'different class' - always friendly and attentive.

My husband and I visited Paul and Troy in South Woodford from Sussex twice this month once to view the rare one owner lava orange smart for two sport auto convertible we saw advertised and again to collect it on purchase and PX my own Smart for two convertible that I had owned for 6 years. My husband had been looking at used smart cars on sale nationwide for months and finally found what I wanted at dcc. No pressure. coffee and biscuits and toilet offered on both occasions. The car was on inspection as described and FSH. An honest car dealer who wants customers to be delighted with a purchase. Not the cheapest dealer for used Smart cars but has in stock lots of unusual and rare used Smart cars and is very knowledgeable about them.

My Mum purchased a Smart ForTwo in Matt grey, first time looking at the car they where actually closed but allowed me to have a look anyway, didn’t push any sale etc. went back again to test drive and a second look, extremely welcoming and easily the best Smart car that I had looked at, in fact all there smarts where better quality than the vast amounts that I looked at. Owner was very respectful and thorough both with the vehicles they sold but all the way through the buying process. Even made new plates for the private plate that was going on it FOC!

I have just bought a stunning Mercedes SL350 from two of the nicest and most helpful people, Father & Son, Troy and Paul of DCC. They even opened the showroom over the Christmas shutdown so I could view the car. They serviced it, fitted new tyres and attended to every little detail I requested they even did the paperwork, you can't buy service and attention to detail like that its learned over the years, I certainly won't hesitate in buying other cars from them. After searching for many months for a smart car I came across DCC. From the initial phone call the service from Paul was over and above helpful always calling back however busy he was to answer any questions regarding the smart car.He took us to see the car into his Aladdin’s cave of memorabilia which was totally amazing.The vehicle was exactly as described on his web site in impeccable condition.There was no high pressure sale and left us to view the vehicle as long as we liked.Wonderful old fashion service which in today’s world is very hard to find.Thank you Paul for taking the time and patience to make our experience totally free from any stress.I wish we could give you an extra star which you deserve.Cannot add any more words that describe what others have said and totally grew with all your previous reviewsDefinitely deserve that extra star rating.
